RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

1.Sending of a reservation request containing your dates and personal details Please make sure you send the correct dates; pay special attention to your e-mail address. If you realise that you made a mistake, please send us your reservation request one more time. We recommend you book your flight or ferry tickets before making a reservation with our company.
2. Our reply Having checked availabilities, we will send you an e-mail answering to your request. This process will take a maximum of three working days.
3. Confirmation and payment of reservation If your requested reservation is available, you will receive an e-mail containing a reference number and the total cost (7% VAT are included) of your reservation. You will have to make a payment of the First day of allotment within the following two working days. The payment can be made either by bank transfer, deposit into our bank account, or by providing us with your credit card details (VISA or MASTERCARD only). If the money has not been paid within the above-mentioned period your reservation will be cancelled automatically. The outstanding amount is due upon arrival. Costs deriving from bank transfers have to be paid by the client. Your reservation is only confirmed and valid once you have made the payment of the first day of Reservation. In case of miscalculation on our behalf, we always have the right to correct our mistake and thereby obliging the client to pay the correct price.
4. Description of establishments Certain services offered by the hotel may have extra charges, which the client has to pay for directly at the hotel (e.g. pool tables, sauna, etc.).

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION TERMS:
The client may cancel requested or confirmed services at any time. Applicable cancellation/modification fees depend on how far in advance of your supposed arrival date at your hotel you cancel or modify your reservation.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance of your supposed arrival date, SERVITURIBIZA.COM won’t return your payment. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of your supposed arrival date, SERVITURIBIZA.COM will return your payment of the First day entirely. All cancellations have to be notified to the hotel directly otherwise they are considered invalid. If the client leaves the hotel earlier than previewed, he can only cancel or modify his reservation during office hours. Rooms have to be vacated by 12 o’clock midday. Hotels charge a minimum of two days and return any money paid for a longer stay.
Modifications:
Fees (bank fees, credit card fees, mail, etc.) deriving from paying back money to clients are always paid by the latter.
